＜Type of Coffee Beans＞
Our "Cold Brew Coffee Bag [Dark Roast]" is made with dark roasted coffee (the specific brand may vary depending on the season).

＜How to Make＞
① Pour 450g of room temperature water into a container and steep the coffee bag.
② Place it in the refrigerator and steep for 12-72 hours until complete!
③ Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy.

＜Tips＞
・Before use, flatten the coffee bag so the layer of grounds is thin.
・A few hours after steeping, gently invert and revert the container to extract more flavor.
・Steeping with 50℃ water enhances the flavor (320g room temperature water + 180g boiled water ≈ 50℃).
・Conversely, steeping with cold water results in a crisper, more refreshing drink. (At our shop, we steep with water below 10℃).
