Medium Blend

A medium-dark roast blend made from three high-quality beans (Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia).

We often use these beans to make espresso in our shop.

While the specific bean varieties in the blend may change from time to time (and we finely adjust the ratio accordingly), the taste we aim for is "quintessential coffee."

It's recommended when you want to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee without overthinking it.

I mostly crave this coffee at home.

For example, I thought it would be perfect for when I've had a slightly oily Chinese meal and want to refresh myself with a delicious coffee.

From a consumer perspective, I also thought it could become your best "everyday coffee."
